Effective Date: October 11, 2026

PureGloss Mobile Detailing LLC (“PureGloss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you visit our website, contact us, request information, or book a detailing service.

Information We May Collect

When you contact or book with PureGloss Mobile Detailing, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle year, make and model, appointment information, service selections, vehicle-condition details, photographs you provide, and messages or other information you choose to send us.

Our website may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and general website usage through Wix or other website tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use customer information to schedule and provide detailing services, communicate about appointments, send reminders or service-related messages, answer questions, process payments, maintain customer records, improve our services and website, and operate PureGloss Mobile Detailing.

We may also use your contact information to follow up after an appointment or request feedback. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Square. PureGloss Mobile Detailing does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through those payment processors. Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

Our website and business may use third-party services including Wix, Square, Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, email providers, and other service providers that help us operate our website, booking system, communications, marketing, and payments. Those companies may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies provided by Wix or other services to help the website function properly, understand website traffic, and improve the customer experience. Your browser may allow you to control or disable certain cookies.

Photos and Vehicle Images

We may take photographs or videos of vehicles before, during, or after detailing for documentation, quality control, or marketing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts not to display personal information such as addresses, documents, or other identifying information in marketing content. Customers may request that their vehicle not be used in promotional content.

Information Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us. However, no website, email system, payment provider, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided to us, request corrections, update your contact information, or ask that we stop using your information for non-service-related communications. Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate business, payment, recordkeeping, dispute, or legal purposes.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to detailing services provided by PureGloss Mobile Detailing LLC (“PureGloss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or accepting a service from PureGloss Mobile Detailing, you agree to these terms.

Services and Pricing

Service prices are based on vehicle size, service selected, and expected condition of the vehicle.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle category when booking. If a vehicle falls into a different size category than the option selected, we may adjust the service price before work begins.

Displayed prices represent starting or standard prices unless otherwise stated.

Vehicles requiring significantly more work than reasonably expected may require additional time or additional charges.

Examples include excessive pet hair, heavy sand, severe staining, spills, excessive trash, embedded debris, biological contamination, heavy buildup, or severely neglected interiors or exteriors.

We will make reasonable efforts to discuss additional charges with the customer before performing work outside the originally booked service.

Quick Clean In & Out

Quick Clean In & Out is designed for regularly maintained vehicles with light everyday dirt and buildup.

It is not intended to provide deep stain removal, extraction, extensive pet-hair removal, heavy sand removal, deep crevice restoration, paint correction, or restoration-level cleaning.

If a vehicle requires substantially more work than a Quick Clean is designed for, we may recommend upgrading to another service.

Vehicle Condition and Results

Detailing can significantly improve a vehicle’s appearance and cleanliness, but we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch, water spot, defect, discoloration, pet hair, or other condition can be completely removed.

Some defects may be permanent or may require specialized repair, paint correction, replacement, or other services not included in the selected detail.

Older materials, previously damaged surfaces, aftermarket parts, worn trim, weak adhesives, cracked plastics, deteriorated coatings, or other pre-existing conditions may react differently during cleaning.

Personal Belongings

Customers should remove valuables, money, important documents, child items, electronics, firearms, medications, and other personal belongings before the appointment.

PureGloss Mobile Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle unless loss or damage results directly from our negligence.

Access to the Vehicle and Work Area

The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and permission for us to perform the booked services.

The vehicle must be located in an area where we can safely and legally perform mobile detailing.

We may decline, pause, relocate, or reschedule service if the work area presents unsafe conditions, restricted access, traffic hazards, property restrictions, severe weather, or other circumstances that make the service impractical or unsafe.

Weather

Because PureGloss Mobile Detailing operates outdoors and travels to customers, weather conditions may affect appointments.

Rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat, high winds, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate weather-related changes as early as possible.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Customers should provide accurate contact information and appointment details when booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, prepayment, card-on-file, and no-show requirements shown during the booking process or appointment confirmation are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

If no specific fee or policy is shown during booking, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking or upon completion of the service.

Payments may be processed through Square or another approved payment provider.

Additional services or approved condition-based charges may be added to the final invoice.

Add-Ons

Add-ons such as pet-hair removal, headlight restoration, engine-bay cleaning, ozone treatment, trim restoration, or other optional services are priced separately unless specifically included in the booked package.

Some add-ons may require additional appointment time.

Ozone Treatment

Ozone treatment is intended to help reduce certain odors, but results vary depending on the source and severity of the odor.

Ozone treatment is not a guarantee that an odor will be permanently eliminated, particularly when the odor source remains in carpet, upholstery, insulation, HVAC components, or other materials.

People, pets, and unnecessary items must remain outside the vehicle during ozone treatment and for any required ventilation period.

Photos and Documentation

We may photograph the vehicle before, during, or after service for condition documentation, quality control, or recordkeeping.

Vehicle photos may also be used for marketing unless the customer asks us not to use their vehicle for promotional purposes.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you believe something was missed or you have a concern about your service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the appointment.

We want an opportunity to review legitimate concerns and determine an appropriate solution.

Limitation of Responsibility

PureGloss Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, manufacturing defects, previously repaired surfaces, weakened materials, failing adhesives, loose trim, damaged electronics, compromised paint, or defects that become apparent during normal cleaning.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude responsibility where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

PureGloss Mobile Detailing may update these Terms of Service as the business, services, booking policies, or website change.

The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
